Game Update #1 (Version 0.0.9)

Additions:
+ Added the snap function, now easier to make levels!
+ Added a new quick menu (Binded to C), the abilty to turn on editing mode on and off is here

Removed:
- Fullscreen Windowed has been removed for fixing purposes

Fixes & Tweaks:
+ Changed the Win Platform Sprite
+ Win Platform can no longer be won by touching under it
+ Fixed buttons and textures
- Changed the master volume to be more quieter
- Lowered the platform in "Base World".
